Aliya: Conscientious and thorough is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Victoria. Victoria has a great depth of knowledge and a keen sense of inquisitiveness which serves her in any environment. I enjoyed studying with Victoria as she helped me understand concepts by explaining her own experiences and applied a hands-on approach when needed. Victoria has a hidden strength, in work and in teaching; her ability to put people at ease is distinct.
Sheila: I’ve practised yoga with Victoria for some time now and really value the way she teaches. Her classes are calm, well structured and thoughtfully paced. She explains things clearly without overloading and makes classes feel accessible whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years.
Lucy: What I appreciate most about Vicky’s teaching is how attentive and considered she is. She creates a really relaxed environment where you don’t feel pressure to perform or keep up. Her cues are clear and the positions and sequencing makes sense and there’s space to listen to your own body.
