Hello!

Welcome - I'm Victoria, a certified yoga teacher offering inclusive yoga that is accessible for modern life.
My classes support people who want to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and build steadier foundations for wellbeing. I teach Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Hot Power using breath-led and adaptable practices that prioritise choice and rest.

I pride my approach to yoga as being evidence-aware, mental-health aware and consent-based and the Yoga I offer is not about performance or pushing limits but about developing a deeper awareness and creating sustainable movement.

You don’t need prior experience to take part, you’re welcome exactly as you are!
I’m a Yoga Alliance-accredited yoga teacher with over 400 hours of training.
I work within clear professional boundaries and while yoga can be a supportive complement to other forms of care please note it does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric support. Many people come to my classes to rest more deeply, to manage everyday stress, improve body awareness or establish a consistent and compassionate movement practice.
