One of the benefits of online yoga is freedom and in a post covid world, it has transformed how we practise where online teaching set ups can make yoga more accessible and flexible than ever before. You can practise from home, perhaps whilst travelling, really any time suited to your energy and schedule. Online sessions can remove barriers such as commuting and even self-consciousness.


Yoga is not about where you practise but how you practise and when approached with intention online yoga can be just as grounding and meaningful as in-person sessions.
