At Bright Tides Yoga, we aim to be fair and transparent in our approach to bookings and refunds. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services, including in-person classes and online bookings.

Refund Policy - the basics
By booking a class, course, or session with Bright Tides Yoga, you agree to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

All services are provided in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Class Bookings

Payments for individual classes, class passes are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or late cancellations.
Cancellations by You

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you may be able to transfer your booking to another class or date, provided sufficient notice is given.

The minimum notice period for transfers is 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Requests made after this time may not be eligible for transfer.
Cancellations by Us

If a class is cancelled by Bright Tides Yoga, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to a future class
Online Bookings
Our online booking system processes payments securely. Once a booking has been confirmed, it is subject to this Refund Policy.
